Unless otherwise requested, we use the following services:
Australia Post Regular Parcel service is utilised for the majority of book and small accessory deliveries under $200 and up to 1kg in weight.
Australia Post Prepaid Express Post is the default service for orders over $200 or between 1-3kg. This service is insured and tracked. A tracking number will be sent with your email receipt of payment for your reference.
Startrack Express is utilised for bulky orders over $200 or over 20kg. This service is insured and tracked. A tracking number will be sent with your email receipt of payment for your reference.
If you elect to pick up instore, we request that you pick up your order within 2 weeks.
We will do our best to package your order with care. Book orders are sent in Australia Post Tough Bags with ‘Please Do Not Bend’ notifications, and larger orders are packaged securely in cardboard boxes. Bubble wrap or original manufacturer’s packaging is used where available. Whilst we will handle the item carefully while in our possession, we are not responsible for damage once it has been despatched to one of our delivery agencies detailed above. We recommend that you choose one of the insured freight options available if you wish financial protection against damage or loss while in transit.
