Returns & Refunds
We trust you will be more than satisfied with your purchase from us. If you feel that the product received is different from the description offered, or if the item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, items deemed to have a major manufacturing fault will be either replaced, or a full refund issued. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Any freight charges incurred in the return or delivery of the new product are the financial responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our delivery policy recommendations for financial protection for goods during transit.
We regret that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please select your product carefully and contact us to ask any additional questions. We will be happy to assist.
